Totally, a positive experience on all levels. Steve, (owner) is as honest and hardworking as anyone could be. He has always been willing to work with me, and extremely creative in designing ways to make my needs possible. Steve is highly knowledgeable, and ready to work at a moment's notice. His two technicians, Robert and Justin, are simply out of this world. They have worked at my home twice. First, to install a compressor, and secondly to run a six inch outside duct for my microwave. They are efficient, and fast. When problems arise they work as a team to quickly solve them. It was truly a joy to watch them work. I highly recommend General Heating and Air Inc. for any air-conditioning or duct work that you may have.

We have owned a Bryant Evolution for the past 7 years which was sold and installed by another dealer. Unfortunately, we have had major repairs with this machine each year of our ownership. General has serviced and repaired this machine for the past 6 years. Unequivocally General is the way to go with purchases and service! Eric Miller, Steve Miller and the entire staff have come through for us time and time again. Courteous, compassionate, respectful and ALWAYS getting the job done no matter what it took. Today, Bryant replaced our unit with a new unit and it was installed by General. Job well done! Thank you General for standing behind us, your customer.
